He also teaches constitutional law and contracts at Georgetown University Law Center. In this video from a 1999 Institute for Economic Studies meeting in Aix-en-Provence, France, Barnett recounts his time spent as a prosecutor in Chicago, Illinois, and speaks about the harms to both drug users and civil society at large as the result of drug prohibition in America.
